Fox Point Farms

Encinitas, CA

Agrihood in Encinitas blending regenerative farming, food, and community—creating a hyper-local ecosystem where food is grown, prepared, and shared within a connected, circular system.

Fox Point Farms is a regenerative agrihood in Encinitas designed to reimagine how food, farming, and community come together. Built as a “circular micro-economy,” the farm integrates growing, cooking, brewing, and gathering into one hyper-local system rooted in place. At its core is a working farm that produces nutrient-dense food using regenerative practices, supporting healthy soil, biodiversity, and long-term ecological resilience. That food flows directly into the surrounding ecosystem — supplying an on-site restaurant, market, brewery, and community spaces. Fox Point’s model emphasizes closed-loop systems: composting food waste back into the soil, repurposing byproducts, and minimizing reliance on external supply chains. This approach creates both environmental and economic resilience while strengthening relationships between producers, makers, and the local community. Fox Point also holds a uniquely personal connection to the origins of Cardiff Tiny Farm. Before stepping into his leadership role as Head Farmer at Fox Point Farms, Greg originally started the tiny farm itself — helping lay many of the foundations that shaped its early spirit and direction. His influence continues to ripple through the farm today, both through the physical space and the broader values surrounding regenerative agriculture, community connection, and thoughtful land stewardship.
