Credit Purchase Terms
When you purchase CSA credits, you are purchasing credits that can be redeemed for CSA shares at a future date. Credits are subject to the following terms:
- Credit Expiration: Credits expire based on the quantity purchased:
- 1 credit purchase: expires in 1 month
- 5 credit purchase: expires in 3 months
- 10 credit purchase: expires in 6 months
- No Refunds: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded, except as explicitly stated in our cancellation policy below.
- Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to the email address used at purchase and cannot be transferred to another account or individual.
- Credit Usage: Credits are consumed using a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method, prioritizing older and expiring credits first.
Redemption & Cancellation Policy
When redeeming credits for a CSA share pickup, the following terms apply:
- 7-Day Advance Ordering: All redemptions must be placed at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date. Orders placed after the cutoff time will not be processed for that pickup week.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel a redemption up to the order cutoff date and time for that pickup. Cancellations made before the cutoff will restore credits to your account.
- No Cancellation After Cutoff: Once the order window has closed, cancellations are not permitted. Credits will be consumed and cannot be restored.
- Expired Credits: If your credits have expired, you cannot cancel a redemption and credits cannot be restored to your account.
- Delivery Cancellation: If you cancel a delivery order, the delivery fee will be refunded to the original payment method if the cancellation occurs before the cutoff date and time.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address ZIP code. Fees vary by delivery zone and are charged separately from credit purchases.
- Delivery Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Windows: Delivery windows and expectations will be communicated via email after your order is confirmed.
- Office Box Delivery: Office Box orders include delivery in the purchase price. Delivery address is required at time of purchase.
Product Availability
CSA shares are subject to seasonal availability and may vary week to week based on what's in season. We do our best to provide a diverse selection of fresh, organic produce from our farm and trusted local partners.
While we strive to deliver consistent quality and quantity, we cannot guarantee specific items or quantities in each share due to the nature of seasonal farming.
Account & Membership
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring your email address is current and accessible.
- Email Communication: Important communications, including login links and order confirmations, are sent via email. You are responsible for checking your email regularly.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Liability & Disclaimer
Cardiff Tiny Farm provides CSA shares "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
While we follow organic farming practices and maintain high standards, you consume our products at your own risk. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of order.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
