Sustainability Basics

What's compostable?

Tap any item. These are the basics of what items are decomposable. Its not a guarantee that your city green bin will take the same thing.

Tap any piece in the collage. We'll tell you whether it belongs in a backyard or farm compost pile — and when it should stay out.

Order a box

How do I know my order went through?
You’ll see a confirmed order in this cart and on your dashboard, and we’ll email you a confirmation. Credits come off your balance as soon as the redemption is placed.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Yes, until that week’s order window closes. Use Change or cancel to open your dashboard, where you can update or cancel the pickup.
Can I order more than one box for the same pickup?
You can add multiple boxes to the same order if they are of the same box type. You cannot order a Growers Box and Makers Box in the same order. Growers Boxes and Makers Boxes must be redeemed separately.
What if I miss the order window?
After cutoff, that week’s box is locked. Remaining credits stay on your account to redeem for a later pickup.
