Finley Farms is Eric Finley’s Encinitas-based beekeeping project, offering raw, local honey with an ethical approach to caring for bees. I'm biased, but its probably some of the best honey I've ever had!
Meet Eric Finley of Finley Farms, a local beekeeper in Encinitas. Not only did Eric and I go to high school together, but Eric has become quite the beekeeping aficionado.
Eric describes his honey as raw, local, and ethical—a simple combination that means a lot to us. When honey comes from someone in our community, we can know who tends the bees and ask where the honey comes from.
That connection matters in a market where some honey is diluted with cheaper sweeteners or mislabeled by origin. Finley Farms offers a more personal way to buy honey: from a local beekeeper whose work brings us closer to the bees and the place we call home.
