Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp honey
- Optional: blackberries or other berries
Method
- Add blueberries, bananas, yogurt, almond butter, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick. Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture.
- Add a splash of milk or water if needed to help blend.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with granola, coconut flakes, seeds, or fresh fruit as desired.
