Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Optional: blackberries or other berries

Method

  1. Add blueberries, bananas, yogurt, almond butter, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture.
  3. Add a splash of milk or water if needed to help blend.
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Top with granola, coconut flakes, seeds, or fresh fruit as desired.
