We’re grateful to supply SAGO with mustard greens and baby kale grown here at the tiny farm. Seeing produce harvested from our small urban farm make its way into Chef Daniel’s kitchen has been incredibly meaningful for us and represents the kind of local food relationships we believe are essential to building a healthier regional food culture. What we especially appreciate about SAGO is their genuine commitment to sourcing locally and seasonally whenever possible.
