Founded by Sam Binkley, Healthy On You makes organic spice and salt blends that bring flavor and a little musical joy to everyday cooking. They first shared their “Cini in a Bottle” porcini sea salt with our Growers Box community and are now partnering with us on the Makers Box.
Healthy On You began with founder Sam Binkley’s cooking classes. She created organic spice and salt blends to help her students make nourishing meals full of flavor, then began sharing those blends beyond her own kitchen. Inspired by her love of food and music, each blend has a playful, song-inspired name and an invitation to have more fun while cooking.
We first introduced Healthy On You to our Growers Box community when Sam shared samples of “Cini in a Bottle,” their porcini sea salt. That generous introduction grew into a Makers Box partnership, bringing their spices into recipes built around the produce we gather from local farms. It’s a connection we love: good ingredients, an approachable way to use them, and a little more joy at the table.
