Destino Empanadas is a family-owned Argentine empanada company based in Encinitas, California, dedicated to sharing culture and connection through thoughtfully crafted food. Built around recipes passed down through generations, Destino combines traditional Argentine flavors with high-quality ingredients — including organic flour, pasture-raised meats, fresh local produce, and a commitment to avoiding seed oils whenever possible. Before establishing a permanent presence and growing a loyal local following, Destino hosted one of its earliest pop-ups here at the tiny farm stand. Their food immediately stood out — not only for its quality, but for the warmth, hospitality, and passion they showed for their craft. It quickly became clear they were building something special, and before long they had outgrown our small farm setting and expanded into larger community events and collaborations throughout North County. Today, Destino continues to embody the kind of food culture we deeply believe in: rooted in heritage, centered around people, and built through genuine community connection.
