Hals Flower Co.

Hal’s Flower Co. is a full-service floral studio and mobile flower shop based in Encinitas. Founded by Hallee “Hal,” the company grew from her love of flowers, vintage trucks, and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Hal creates thoughtful floral designs for weddings, private celebrations, brand activations, workshops, photo shoots, and community gatherings. She also operates a mobile flower shop from Dolly, her 1970 Ford F-100, transforming the vintage truck into a charming flower stand and interactive bouquet-building experience. Whenever possible, Hal works with seasonal flowers grown in California and supports local flower farmers throughout the region. Whether she is designing florals for a special occasion, hosting a workshop, delivering a bouquet, or popping up around San Diego in the flower truck, her goal is the same: to create beauty, connection, and a little more joy through flowers. Since March 2026 Hal has been planting her own flowers at the Tiny Farm. We are so excited to be partnering with her and to see her company continue to blossom.
