Saturday Nourishing You Class
Register on LumaCardiff Tiny Farm

Saturday, September 26 · 1:00–2:00 PM — Join us at Cardiff Tiny Farm for wood-fired pizza and a wellness presentation with Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Adele Dominguez.
What if the route to a healthier body is reflected in healthy soil? Together, we’ll explore the connections between the soil microbiome, the human microbiome, and the ecology of our relationships. In each, resilience grows through diversity, nourishment, and cooperation.
We’ll look at how regenerative farming supports nutrient-dense food, microbial health, and thriving communities — and what that can teach us about supporting our own foundations of wellness.
What to expect
- A clear, approachable look at soil health and the human microbiome
- NTP insights into digestion, inflammation, and foundational wellness
- How farmers, food, and relationships shape our health
- Wood-fired pizza and time to connect farm-side
Come hungry, curious, and ready to see wellness from the ground up.
Suggested donation: $20 — no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
